Yukon Hats - Hats - Snow River

Way up on the mountain it was cold, very cold. Dennis' four wheel drive truck was stuck in a snow bank four feet deep. It was a mile out to the county road (which was plowed, maybe). Supplies were short and someone had to get to town soon! After trying to shovel his way out, Dennis swallowed his pioneering pride and called on a neighbor to pull us out. So here came logger Joe (with his tractor) plowing the road as he came. He stopped and surveyed the situation and said "sorta looks like you've been detained". We had surely been "detained" for about a week! Logger Joe was wearing a sheepskin "Yukon Hat" that covered his head and ears, and it didn't seem like he was cold at all, and he wasn't!
