Being an UGG retailer, I’m always looking for UGG boots when I’m out and about.  Whether in town, on the bus or in another state.  And I can’t help but notice that it’s predominantly women who wear the UGGs.

However, if you follow the celebrity magazines and television shows you’ll notice more men wearing them. And that’s a good thing because we women know a good thing.

In the store today a woman came in with her 19 year old son.  Mom was looking at new UGG Classic Tall boots.  To kill time, the young man wandered over to the men’s section and tried on a pair of UGG Galatin boots.  He commented that he had never wanted UGG boots before because he didn’t know they made anything he would like.  Well, we showed him wrong.  He loved his Men’s UGG boots so much he wore them out of the store.

Last night I indulged in one of my guilty pleasures. No, it wasn’t ice cream in bed, it was Bridezillas, the episode with the uber ill-behaved chic from Staten Island. Worst behavior I’ve ever seen (yeah, I know she was putting on for the cameras) and the tackiest $150,000 wedding you could ever have. I think my 4 year old granddaughter could have designed it better.

But she did have good taste in winter boots. When she and her two bridesmaids went to look at the wedding venue, all three girls were wearing UGG Classic Tall boots in black. Then at another location she and a friend were wearing different UGG boots. Bridezilla wore UGG Sundance II boots and her gal pal had on UGG Ultimate Short boots in chestnut.

You just can’t go wrong with UGG boots in the Classic Tall. Any color will do, but if you want black you better order now because they will be sold out before Christmas.

I’ve been watching Flipping Out for three seasons now and always hate to see it end for the season. Of course, as I watch favorite shows I’m always on the look-out for UGGs. The first season Jenni Pulos was seen wearing a pair of cream knit UGGs. Those were Oprah’s pick that year and they quickly sold out everywhere. This season Jenni was looking hot in her black leggings and black knit UGG Classic Cardy boots. She wore them pulled up tall and fully buttoned. I loved it when she was wearing this black outfit and crawled through a doggy door. Her butt ended up covered in white drywall powder but Jeff Lewis told her she was clean. In this same episode a client wore UGG Classic Tall boots in chocolate. Twice in one show but with different outfits. She was first seen in shorts with her UGG Classic Tall boots, then again wearing skinny jeans tucked into them. And that was in L.A where the temperatures are usually warm. Speaking of knit UGG Boots, have you seen the new UGG Classic Argyle Knit Boots? It’s my new favorite knit UGG boot. I love them in charcoal gray.
