I authorize all Midwest Family Ski Resort locations that I am applying to (Granite Peak, Snowriver, and Lutsen Mountains) to verify the information I provide, including contacting employers, schools, and provided references. I release all parties from liability for providing or receiving this information, as allowed by law.

I understand that employment is at-will, meaning either the company or I may end employment at any time, with or without notice or cause, unless otherwise required by state law or a written agreement signed by an authorized company executive.

I understand that nothing in this application creates a contract of employment, and no representative of the company has authority to make any promises contrary to this statement.
