Closures for USSS Bob Hoskings Central Championship
Due to races happening this weekend, there will be closures at both Black River Basin and Jackson Creek Summit. These runs will be closed from 2/19-2/22.
Black River Basin Closures: Sailor's Delight, Starboard, Port Side and Brigantine [2/19 - 2/22]
Jackson Creek Summit Closures: Borealis [2/20] & F.I.S. [2/19 - 2/21]
Cloudfront is accessible by taking bear creek access to bear creek egress to go around the race closure on the uphill side of the race closure. Cloudfront is also accessible by going around the bottom of the race finish from bottom of FIS/Borealis.
Accessing Bear Creek remains the same, Bear Creek Access and Kodiak Crossing are not impacted by any race closures. Returning from Bear Creek, Bear Creek Egress will allow you to get past the closure on the uphill side of the race course, and US 2 will bring you to Torrent, Nimbus, or Stormfront to get back to Cloudfront.
Sailor's Delight and Starboard will be closed for racing as well as River Guide Crossing of Starboard. River Guide is open to Portside. River Drive will be open to return back to the frontside
Snowriver Operations Update | February 21st, 2026
Good morning from Snowriver! We picked up 2 inches of fresh snow in the last 24 hours, adding a nice refresh to the slopes and keeping conditions soft and skiable across the mountain.
The Bob Hosking Memorial Race continues today at Jackson Creek Summit and Black River Basin. Racing will take place on Borealis, FIS, Starboard, and Portside, so those runs will be closed to the public while competition is underway. Be sure to cheer on the racers if you’re in the area!
After a great day on the hill, head over to Gabbro Grill where Corey Carlson will be playing live from 3–6pm for some classic apres vibes.
Rock-it X will also be playing a late night set at Dudley's from 8pm-11pm.
