With a new rental fleet of Rossignol ski and snowboard equipment, you can be sure our rental team will get you set up on the right equipment per your skill level. Packages are available for all level-types, as well as individual items for those who forget their poles or helmets at home.

Online Discount: SAVE 5% and time at the window when you rent in advance online. Multi-Day Discount: SAVE up to 50% on each additional day of ski and snowboard rentals when renting 2 or more days. Rates and availability are subject to change. Snowriver also rents individual ski and snowboard components.

ABOUT PACKAGE TYPES
BEGINNER SKI PACKAGE
All-mountain skis by Rossignol, our standard skis are a beginner shape ski for easy turning and control.
SPORT SKI PACKAGE
Our sport skis are a more responsive ski for advancing and intermediate skiers. Our sport ski package comes with a premium boot which is stiffer with increased responsiveness.
PERFORMANCE SKI PACKAGE
We have a limited selection of Rossignol Forza 50, Forza 60, and Sender 94 skis available. Please Note: Upgrades are only available for purchase onsite at the Jackson Creek Summit Rental office. An existing rentals package purchase is needed to upgrade.
SNOWBOARD PACKAGE
Burton twin tip freestyle boards, all packages are equipped with strap-in bindings.
*Ski packages include skis, boots & poles
Ski boots are available from a child's size 8 to an adult's size 17
*Snowboard packages include board, boots, and strap-in bindings
Snowboard boots are available from a child's size 13 to an adult's size 16
WHEN YOU ARRIVE:
- Head to the Ticket Office to pick up your lift tickets & rental forms.
- After you have signed the liability form & picked up tickets, head to our rental shop.
- PRO TIP: Sign all waivers beforehand to speed up the process.
- Get fitted for your rentals and hit the slopes!
Drop-Off:
- You may drop off your rental equipment at either mountain by 4:00 pm!
- PRO TIP: With multi-day rentals, you should keep your rentals to avoid the lines each day.
- Please make sure all of your equipment including poles and helmets is returned.
- The drop-off location at Jackson Creek Summit is in the Sugar Maple Chalet basement.
Rental Policies
Online Rental Reservations
Save 5% with advance rentals. Online orders are due in full at the time of purchase.
Rental Cancellation Policy
Rentals are issued for a specific start date upon time of purchase and are non-refundable. If you are unable to use your rentals this season, the value paid for your rentals can be applied as a credit to your snowriver.com online account. Account credits for unredeemed rentals must be requested by calling Snowriver Mountain Central Reservations no later than April 30, 2024. Partial use of rentals is eligible for fractional credit per our Return Skier Visit Program.
Online Redemptions
Upon arrival please visit our Snworiver Mountain Ticket Windows to redeem your online order or to purchase your rentals upon arrival prior to picking up equipment at our Rental Shop. Have your itinerary number ready for our agents and your Waivers signed to expedite the process. If taking a lesson, plan to be onsite 60-90 minutes prior to your scheduled lesson time to ensure tickets and rentals are acquired beforehand.
WE ARE NOW CASHLESS
Beginning summer 2023, Midwest Family Ski Resorts Properties will no longer accept cash as a form of payment. Cash may still be used as a form of gratuity, and non-MFSR-owned vendors may still accept cash.
For guests who do not have non-cash forms of payment when they arrive at Snowriver Mountain Resort, reverse ATMs that dispense Mastercard gift cards are available at the following locations:
- Jackson Creek Guest Services Desk in the Sugar Maple Chalet
- The Lodge at Jackson Creek Entrance
