Before the Mountain

Check out our Safety Guide to make sure you have the proper layers, gear, and safety to stay out and ride the slopes comfortably.

On weekends, parking lots can fill up. A convenient shuttle will operate on a schedule between the Jackson Creek Summit area and the Black River Basin area, with tickets and rentals, retail and dining available at both mountains.

Make sure you grab your tickets and redeem your rentals first from either the Sugar Maple Chalet or Black River Chalet.

After redeeming your rental form at the ticket counter, you can head to the rental shop where our professional technicians will suit you up with equipment that's appropriate for your size and skill level.

With tickets in-hand, rentals ready to go, and snow gear on, head to your lesson 15 minutes early to check in. Please be ready for your lesson by knowing our Lesson Policies.
