Individual Rental Items
Renting individual items is available on-site for guests who do not need a complete package. Ski boots are only available as part of a rental package and cannot be rented individually.

Rental Policies
Changes
You may change the date of your rental without penalty to another date within the current season. If the rate has increased since your original purchase, you are responsible for the difference. Changes must be made by phone at least 3 days prior to your first ski day. Rentals cannot be changed within 3 days and are non-transferable.
Cancellations
Refunds may be requested by phone more than 30 days before your visit with a 10% cancellation fee. If you purchased Spot Refund Guarantee, cancellations made within 30 days and up to 72 hours before your visit are 90% refundable by contacting Spot. Without Spot Refund Guarantee, your reservation is non-refundable within 30 days of your visit. All change and cancellation deadlines are based on 5:00 PM CST. Weather does not change our cancellation policy.
Payment & Taxes
All orders must be paid in full at the time of reservation. All purchases are subject to applicable state and local taxes.
