We are honored to provide 25% off daily lift tickets to members of our nation's armed forces and their immediate household members. This discount is valid at the ticket window only.
GIFT CARDS
Gift cards can be used for any product such as lift tickets, ski shop merchandise, lessons and rentals, food and beverage, and more. Gift Cards are available in $25, $50 and $100 denominations.
Gift cards are not valid towards online purchases including, lift tickets, rentals, and lessons.
Seniors (80+) and Tots (2-5) ski free
All tickets are subject to Minnesota State Sales Tax (6.875%) and Cook County Sales Tax (1.5%). Taxes are not included in the above prices.
Release of Liability Form
A new waiver of liability is required each season for every guest. Waivers will be emailed and will be attached to each guest's record on your first visit of the season. Each person on your order must have a completed waiver prior to entering the ticket line.
Online Redemptions
Upon arrival please visit our ticket windows to redeem your online order, have your itinerary number ready for our agents, and your release of liability completed to expedite the process. We ask only one person in your party enter the line to minimize congestion.
How to Use Your RFID Card
Please do not put your RFID card in a pocket with any other items, such as keys, credit cards, or phones.

Lift Ticket Policies
Online ticket reservations
Online Lift Tickets are offered at discounted rates up to the day of arrival. Lift tickets are date-specific and cannot be transferred to another date.
Online Redemptions
Upon arrival please visit our Lutsen Mountains Ticket Windows to redeem your online order, have your itinerary number ready for our agents, and your release of liability completed to expedite the process. If taking a lesson plan to be onsite 60-90 minutes before your scheduled lesson time. We ask only one person in your party to enter the line to minimize congestion.
Release of Liability Form

Lift ticket cancellation policy
Reservations may be changed or refunded by calling 30 or more days before arrival (by 5PM CST). A 5% rebooking or cancellation fee will apply. With Spot Refund Guarantee, cancellations within 30 days of arrival are 90% refundable up to 72 hours before arrival, with refunds processed through Spot. Without Spot Refund Guarantee, all reservations are final within 30 days of arrival – no changes, transfers, credits, or refunds. The weather does not change our cancellation policy.
