Wage: $15.00 per hour

Overview

Snowriver is looking for Front Desk Agent to be responsible for welcoming guests, managing in-person, online and telephone purchases, and answering guest questions.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform all check-in and check-out tasks
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and other communications
  • Process lodging reservations over the phone and through our online systems
  • Provide guests with information about Snowriver prior to and during their visit
  • Work with housekeeping to ensure all rooms are clean, tidy, and fully furnished
  • Respond to customer complaints in a timely manner
  • Provide excellent customer service to all guests in person and via phone/email/chat
  • Maintain updated paperwork, bookings, and payments
  • Help organize, clean, and maintain office and lodging areas as assigned
  • Perform general office clerk duties
  • Sell Season Passes, Ski Packages, Tickets, and other retail items
  • Create, maintain, and enter information into databases
  • Assist with base area snow removal and salting

Qualifications

  • Customer Service Experience
  • Excellent phone and computer skills with the ability to learn new skills
  • Highly organized
  • Can handle multiple distractions while maintaining focus
  • Detail oriented
  • Knowledge of Outlook, Word and Excel
  • Team-oriented but also able to take individual initiative
  • 18 years or older
