Frozen Frontier Family Festival (1/30 - 2/1)
Frozen Frontier is a multi-day family festival that brings a wintery Wild West to the slopes of Snowriver Mountain Resort. Set against the rugged beauty of the U.P., this frontier-themed celebration blends skiing with hands-on family activities, western-style entertainment, and cozy gathering spots that invite guests to slow down and enjoy time together.
Mountain Quest Adventure Family Festival (2/27 - 3/1)
Embark on a Mountain Quest Adventure Family Fest and discover the best of Snowriver Mountain! Families can explore the resort with a punch card in hand while earning points for riding lifts, skiing new terrain, and sampling signature food and drinks along the way to earn prizes.
Winter Carnival Family Festival (3/27 - 3/29)
Join us for the Winter Carnival Family Fest at Snowriver Mountain! It's a celebration of snowy fun for the whole family! Enjoy fair food favorites like funnel cakes and hot cocoa, play games throughout the resort to win festive prizes, and take a ride in a snowcat for a one-of-a-kind mountain view.
Requirements
- Your lift tickets are matched to your lodging stay. Stay 3 nights and choose 3 or 4 days of skiing, and so on.
- Each reservation must include at least one adult or a combo ticket for the same number of days as your stay

Deposit Policy
Ski and Stay packages are due in full at the time of booking.
Cancellation Policy
Reservations may be changed or refunded by calling 30 or more days before arrival (by 5PM CST). A 5% rebooking or cancellation fee will apply. With Spot Refund Guarantee, cancellations within 30 days of arrival are 90% refundable up to 72 hours before arrival, with refunds processed through Spot. Without Spot Refund Guarantee, all reservations are final within 30 days of arrival – no changes, transfers, credits, or refunds. The weather does not change our cancellation policy.
Pet Policy
Pets are only allowed in the summer at specific properties and units.
Release of Liability Form
A new waiver of liability is required each season for every guest. Waivers will be emailed and will be attached to each guest's record on your first visit of the season. Each person on your order must have a completed waiver prior to entering the ticket line.
ONLINE REDEMPTIONS
Upon arrival please visit our Ticket Windows to redeem your online order, have your itinerary number ready for our agents, and your release of liability completed to expedite the process. We ask only one person in your party enter the line to minimize congestion.

Please do not put your RFID card in a pocket with any other items, such as keys, credit cards, or phones.

We Are Now Cashless
Beginning summer 2023, Midwest Family Ski Resorts Properties will no longer accept cash as a form of payment. Cash may still be used as a form of gratuity, and non-MFSR-owned vendors may still accept cash.
For guests who do not have non-cash forms of payment when they arrive at Snowriver Mountain Resort, reverse ATMs that dispense Mastercard gift cards are available at the following locations:
- Jackson Creek Guest Services Desk in the Sugar Maple Chalet
- The Lodge at Jackson Creek Entrance
